Mastery Essay #2

Summary: In this essay Crystal Palomino believes that there're plenty fathers then mothers that abandon there children. she feels that if the man that does not want to have a kid but having unprotected sex should take responsibility. If the father was to walk out on the mother he should pay child support. According to Crystal she thinks that having a child while being a single mother should receive child support because she seen one of her friends which was a single mother go through it without child support. Crystal friend really struggle with financial responsibility while being a single  mother on top of that. Crystal states it would of have helped if she was to receive child support, then also states "she would be better without the father".

Responses: I believe that there should be two parents in a child's life. There should be a masculine and  feminine in a house hold to show how both work. I also agree with crystal how men should be responsible instead irresponsible when having unproved sex. I agree how single mothers who are left with a child should receive child support. During the end she states a contradiction which made me not understand about her friends situation. The statement made me think if she didn't get child support she must of been financially ready. i disagree how many women who are financially ready receive child support. i think only the single parent should receive if its a need instead of a want.

This I Believe

  His Father was helping his son move out the house to live across the county which was a sad moment for both father and son. while his father was finishing up.His son calls him to come watch the baseball game. Father and son's favorite team was loosing. Then out of the blue, the team started to win,then they won. It led to a celebration which that moment where a father and son won't forget or be replaced. Then after the game was over they both were happy but sad and accepting that the son is leaving.

   I believe that his father really loves his son. One of the hardest things for a father is to let go. It relates to me, with my father and I. During one summer after noon I was going away on a trip for two weeks. When I was leaving out the door, he gave me a hug. he started to tear and said to be careful. I never understood it until I got older. It makes me more appreciative for always having my father there for me unconditionally.

   His father wants the best for his son. So he is letting his son go and explore the world on his own. Just like how my father let me explore.

   When the game was a magical moment, it was a moment where no one can ever take away. it was a father son expericance  . When my father teared it made a moment where we hugged and made me feel a lot of emotions. It was a special moment where no one can take away from us.

  Overall special moments are irreplaceable and unforgettable, and never take them for granted.
